The path is a gradual, steady ascent. Specifically, the trail takes you into beautiful, dense forests full of Oak and Rhododendron trees. Consequently, you might pass small villages along the way, tasting the local culture. Your day ends at the Gulling campsite (9,500 ft). Here, enjoy a great view of the mighty Dronagiri Peak.

Day 03 :

Climbing to Khullara Camp

Today involves a beautiful 6 km trek to the Khullara campsite. This hike takes roughly 4 to 5 hours. Throughout the morning, you climb higher, gaining about 1,600 feet. The trail itself is a treat. Afternoon/Evening: Scenic Camp & Sunset

Day 04 :

Summit Day at Kuari Pass!

Day 05 :

Descent and Celebration

Morning: Final Descent

Today marks your final day of trekking! To begin the day, you start your descent. Specifically, follow the same beautiful 12 km trail down to Tugasi village. This trek takes approximately 6 to 7 hours.

Afternoon/Evening: Transfer & Celebration

As soon as you reach Tugasi, hop into a waiting vehicle. Subsequently, it's a quick 12 km drive back to Joshimath. Once there, relax, clean up, and celebrate! In short, you completed your climb to the Kuari Pass.

Day 06 :

Drive Back to Rishikesh

Morning: Early Departure & Drive

Today is the time for the final leg of your journey. First, wake up early in Joshimath. Then, begin the long 9 to 10-hour drive back to Rishikesh. This journey covers a total distance of 256 km.

Afternoon/Evening: Scenic Views & Conclusion

The entire day will be spent relaxing. Furthermore, enjoy the last views of the mountains and valleys. These are the same spectacular views you admired at the start of your adventure.
