Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through Olixora Travels. By confirming a booking, travelers agree to comply with all conditions outlined below.

1. General Booking Terms

  • A 30% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins or as communicated during booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, Cheque, and Demand Draft.
  • Payments made for a booking cannot be transferred to another trip unless approved by management.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3. Liability & Responsibility

Olixora Travels acts as a booking platform and facilitator for travel services.

Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss, damage, accident, natural calamities, train or flight delays, or political disturbances occurring during the tour.

4. Final Clauses

  • All travelers must carry a valid government-issued ID.
  • Payments via Cheque or Demand Draft must be issued in favor of OLIXORA TRAVELS.

5. Travel Requirements & Operational Conditions

  • Travelers must carry original ID proof, photocopy (Xerox), and passport-sized photograph.
  • For travel to Sikkim, Aadhaar Card is not accepted. Valid IDs include:
    • Voter ID
    • Passport
    • Driving License
  • The remaining balance of the tour must be paid by the second day of the tour.
  • Management will not be responsible for loss, damage, natural calamities, transportation delays, or political disturbances.
  • In case of weather disruptions, landslides, road closures, or government restrictions, the itinerary may be modified for safety reasons.

6. Guest Fitness & Risk Acknowledgement

Many treks involve physical activity and high-altitude travel. Participants must ensure they are physically and medically fit.

  • Guests participate at their own risk and acknowledge trekking hazards.
  • The company is not responsible for altitude sickness or health complications.
  • Participants should consult a doctor before high-altitude treks.

7. Medical Emergencies & Early Withdrawal

  • If a participant experiences altitude sickness or injury, the trek leader may advise descent.
  • Costs related to medical evacuation or treatment must be borne by the participant.
  • If a traveler leaves early, no refunds will be provided.
  • Travel insurance covering medical emergencies and evacuation is strongly recommended.
