We accept payments through UPI or Direct Bank Transfers VIA Razorpay Payments Gateway, which is a secure line.

Our policy varies by trip type (Trekking, City Tours, Activities, Group Trips). Please refer to the dedicated “Policies” in the “Contact” menu item on our website for detailed terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

We do not provide insurance in the package cost. Travel and Trek Insurance are optional additions and are highly recommended. Please arrange comprehensive personal coverage before your trip.

Absolutely. Our teams consist of certified Trek Leaders, High Altitude Guides, and local experts trained in wilderness first aid and emergency protocols.

The “Inclusions” section of each specific trip page details what is covered (e.g., meals, accommodation, permits). Exclusions typically include personal expenses, GST, emergency costs, and transport to the starting point.

For trekking, basic group equipment (tents, utensils) is provided. Personal gear (sleeping bags, jackets) may be included or available for rent; please check the specific trip’s inclusions list.
