Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the cancellation of a confirmed trip booking and the corresponding refund schedule. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
1. Basis for Cancellation
The applicable refund amount is strictly determined by the time elapsed between the date Olixora Travels receives the cancellation request and the original trip start date, irrespective of any later changes to the booking.
2. Refund Schedule and Deductions
The following table details the percentage of the Total Cost that will be deducted based on the timing of your cancellation.

No exceptions will be made for cancellation reasons including medical emergencies, transportation delays, or force majeure events.
