Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern all bookings made through the Olixora Travels platform (the "Company" or "we") and form the complete agreement between the client and the Company. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to be bound by these T&C.
1. General & Booking Terms
This section outlines the requirements for confirming and finalizing your trek or tour reservation, including payment schedules and acceptable methods.
Booking Confirmation & Advance
A **30% advance payment** of the Total Trek Fee is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This advance payment is non-refundable (subject to the refund schedule in Section 2).
Final Payment Due
The remaining balance (70% of the Total Trek Fee) must be paid and cleared **no later than 15 days prior** to the scheduled trek start date.
Payment Methods & Adjustments
- Payments can be made by **Bank Transfer, Cheque, or Demand Draft (DD)**.
- Payment made for this trip will **not** be adjusted or transferred against any future trip, booking, or credit.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the cancellation of a confirmed trek booking. The refund amount is determined by the time elapsed between the cancellation request and the original trek start date.
Refund Schedule and Deductions

Refund Processing and Exceptions
- Refunds are processed within **7 business days** once approved.
- Cancellations are based on the **original booking time and original start date**.
- **Travel Insurance Highly Recommended:** No exceptions or adjustments will be made for cancellation reasons, including medical emergencies or transportation delays.
3. Liability & Intermediary Role
This section clarifies the role of Olixora Travels as a booking platform and defines the limitations of our responsibility during your trip.
Intermediary Disclaimer
We are a **booking platform** and do not own or operate any travel services (airline, hotel, transport). We act as intermediaries only. Responsibility for travel safety and service quality lies with the individual operator or the user. Issues must be resolved directly with the concerned service provider.
Limitation of Liability (Force Majeure)
The management will not be responsible for any **loss, damage, accident, natural calamity, train/flight delay, or political disturbance** that may occur during the tour.
Itinerary Changes
Team Aahvan (the operator) has the right to change the itinerary and schedule without any prior notice due to safety concerns or operational necessities.
4. Final Clauses
Mandatory requirements and final administrative notes.
- **Mandatory ID:** All guests must carry a valid **government-issued photo ID** during the tour for check-in and verification purposes.
- **Payment Beneficiary:** Payments by Cheque/DD should be made in favor of **EXTREME CLIMBER**.
